The Water's Edge

Was my faith enough to carry me through?, was God truly present in the midst of my pain?, or was I just standing there, alone, in the face of the waves. It's natural to question when the weight of life feels like it’s too much to bear. We look for something tangible, something that we can see or hold on to, because the invisible promises of God can feel distant when we’re in the midst of the storm.

But in that space—right at the edge of the waves, when everything feels uncertain and the shore seems far away—it’s often where our faith has the chance to grow in ways it never could when the waters were calm. The breaking point is painful, yes, but it also forces us to confront what we truly believe and where we place our trust.
